There are multiple ways to resize texts to fit Twitter. Consider the
following example.
Intended statement:
“I am not proud of what has happened. It could be avoided. The decision
was made jointly by the seniority group and it was made in the light of the
prevalent circumstances. The goal was to find a surer path towards success and
the pressure might have had some effect on the decision makers. I will
certainly not encourage any such activities during the rest of the meet. No,
there will not be any change in my role as chief decision maker.”
This statement can be rendered
suitable for Twitter in a variety of way. Some are shown below.
(by shortening the words and
removing articles)

(by selecting certain words
and removing others)
